MDE Legal Component

Test page for legal.js. If the component loaded correctly, you should see:

• Footer at the bottom with copyright and links
• Privacy Policy link opens a modal overlay
• Terms of Service link opens a modal overlay
• Cookie consent banner at the bottom (first visit only)
• Escape key closes open modals
• Clicking overlay background closes the modal
• Service name detected as "LegalTest" from page title

Clear localStorage key mde_cookie_consent to re-test the cookie banner.
